Nail, as a product, aligns well with ISWP’s vision of emerging as a market leader in steel downstream products.Our wide size range includes nails from 6 Gauge (equivalent to 4.83 mm) to 14 Gauge (equivalent to 2 mm). These nails are best suited for furniture fabrication, shuttering process in the construction sector, and household utility, besides other applications.
SPARK Nails conform to BIS standards with superior tensile and compressive strength as compared to local nails in the market. Spark nails come with concentric head and long pointed sharp tip that helps our customers to hammer smoothly in a single strike without bending of nails while hammering. The sharp elongated tip of the nails help in smooth piercing. The Spark nails have almost negligible rejection rate as against 7% permitted by BIS standards, which implies that there would be more number of SPARK nails in every kilogram, thereby economizing costs for customers.
The nails are perfectly symmetric undergo stringent quality inspection before dispatch to customers. They are available at “Recommended Consumer Price” across India through our extensive network of dealers and distributors.
For anti-corrosive and special applications, ISWP also produces Spark Electroplated nails. These are nails electroplated with zinc and have a bright, shiny, silver-finish appearance. These nails are rust resistant and have withstood salt-spray test for more than 360 hours without getting rusted.
