Facilities
JEMCO is spread over an area of 97 Acres and having installed capacity of 4500 MT per Annum.
JEMCO is equipped with facilities having modern and advanced technology to meet the customer specifications. The melting shop has Arc Furnaces and Induction furnaces which enhance the flexibility for metal preparation of different weights and grades. Among others are Modern Foundry facility and PLC operated Heat Treatment facility. It has a robust Machine Shop equipped with all the requisite machining facilities for manufacture of rolls and castings. SOPs and quality plans are in place for preparation of patterns and moulds for castings. Extensive quality checks and controls are designed for quality output.
A dedicated team of metallurgists are available to have an overall control throughout the manufacturing process. The team is competent enough to keep pace with the changing needs of our customers and bring about improvements in the quality of its existing product.

JEMCO is having a diverse range of products which caters to a wide variety of industrial requirements and applications. JEMCO fulfils the demand of long product rolls of various grades for Integrated steel plants and various ReRollers.
We produce various grades of solid rolls comprising of SG iron, alloy steel base, indefinite chill alloy, double-poured alloy in addition to some non-metallurgical rolls. Ni Hard quality and Cr Ni Alloy material for power plant castings are the latest quality we produce.
In addition, our team of experts continuously strive towards further improvement with respect to the changing needs of our customers. Materials like Special SG Alloy, Graphitic Steel are the latest addition in grades as per present requirement of this segment.
